Offer Terms & Conditions

FlexiQuote: Six Months Free

  1. The offer. Six months of FlexiQuote at no charge: all features, all standard insurer integrations, unlimited users, with onboarding and training included. Value $1,200 excl. GST.
  2. Offer period. Register between 1 September and 30 November 2026. Once you register through this page and meet the eligibility requirements below, your place is confirmed and we will contact you to arrange setup. We may extend or withdraw the offer at any time, which won't affect anyone already registered.
  3. Who can take it up. Australian businesses with a valid ABN operating as a smash or collision repairer, who are active PartsCheck account holders at the time of registration. Not available to businesses that have held a paid FlexiQuote subscription in the previous 12 months, or to PartsCheck staff and related entities.
  4. One per business. One offer per ABN, claimed once. It can't be combined with any other FlexiQuote offer, discount or trial.
  5. When your six months starts. Your free period begins on the day you register through this page, and runs for six consecutive months from that date. Your go-live date is a separate thing: it is the day your onboarding is complete and you have access to the system. Because the free period runs from registration, the sooner you go live the more of it you use, which is why we book your setup quickly. If setup is delayed on your side the free period is not extended, and we may withdraw the offer if setup cannot be completed.
  6. After the six months. Your subscription continues automatically at the standard price, currently $200 per month excl. GST, billed monthly in advance. We will remind you before your free period ends. There is no lock-in contract and no minimum term.
  7. Cancelling. Cancel any time during the six months at no cost, with nothing owed. To avoid being charged, tell us in writing before the last day of your free period. After that, 30 days' notice applies.
  8. No cash alternative. The offer isn't transferable and can't be exchanged for cash, account credit or anything else. It can't be applied to fees already paid or invoiced.
  9. General. All prices are exclusive of GST. We may vary these terms and will tell you if a change is material. Nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
